He served as Chairman of the 2018 Ontario Progressive Conservative campaign and Chief of Staff to Premier Doug Ford during the government’s first year. Dean French was Vice-President of the PC Party during the 1995 Ontario election and co-chaired the Ontario 2000 federal election campaign. He also worked as a Senior Advisor in Ottawa and Vice-Chair of Toronto Mayoral Harmony dinner in 2011.

Passionate about lacrosse, Mr. French chaired Team Canada Lacrosse for eight years, contributing to their gold medal victories. He played a key role in establishing a players’ association. Dean French is a graduate of Bishop’s University and has served on its Board of Governors.
