Coming off the heels of our 25th anniversary back in 2021, Hampton embarked on a revamp of our public facing image, launching a fresh new look in Summer 2023.
This improved interface will better demonstrate our capabilities, product offerings, and recent achievements, as well as be able to better serve our existing, and future, clients with a comprehensive website that offers both improved functionality and a more streamlined design. Capital Markets Completes Largest CPC IPO Since Program’s Inception
In addition to previous CPC listings, in Spring 2021, we were proud to have completed the largest CPC listing since the program’s inception, Rise Capital Corp., raising $9 million as part of the IPO and publicly listing the vehicle onto the Toronto Venture Exchange.
Later that same year, the Hampton team was instrumental in sourcing, structuring, and completing the qualifying transaction (QT) via reverse-take-over (RTO) with a well established private issuer with decades of operating experience in their field.
Post completion of the RTO, the resulting issuer would go on to post a combined market capitalizing of $60 million, providing our initial CPC shareholders with accretive value to their initial investment and providing the initially private issuer with roughly $20M of working capital and access to the public markets.

Capital Markets Closes Oto Inc.’s Series ‘A’ Financing
In fall 2022, Hampton’s Capital Market’s Team, acting as sole lead agent, was proud to be able to work with the team at Oto Inc, raising nearly $8M for their Series ‘A’ financing.
Oto’s proprietary autonomous lawncare system allows homeowners with varying yard sizes and unique watering needs, to customize a specialized program to ensure a hands off garden and lawncare experience at a fraction of the cost of traditional in ground systems.
